please let me confirm whether TDS is applicable on hotel booking by Agent?
A travel agency booked a hotel for our CEO, raised 45000/- invoice. Shall I deduct TDS on the said amount u/s. 194C or release full payment to agency?

Yes you have to deduct TDS before payment u/s 194C
