Tds on guide charges

I want to know that what will be the TDS rate and in which u/s will come for guide charges .
Because I doubt about the rate and u/s so please help me

And we hire the guide for guest and the guide is always give us bill for more than 5 or 6 guest together and we pay to him for guide fee day wise .

But I want to know that in which case the TDS rate will be 1% under section 94c non companies individual.(is it applicable or not)
Conditions:
TDS will b deducted if payment to contractor/sub-contractor exceeds the limit of Rs 30K(single Bill) & Rs. 75K (in agreegate)
Rate:
For Individual/HUF - 1%
For Others - 2%
