GOODS TRANSPORT AGENCY HAVE LESS THAN 10 VEHICLE BUT THEY ALSO HIRE VEHICLE FORM MARKET. THEY GIVE DECLARATION FOR NON DEDUCTION OF TDS AS THEY HAVE LESS THAN 10 VEHICLE.
