TDS on Freight

Dear Friends,
Our supplier sent us some material.
He has paid the Freight for the same to the transporter & deducted TDS on the same.
He has raised a debit note to us for Freight of Rs. 7.50 Lacs (6000 unit & Rs. 125/- Per unit) as per the contract with him.
Whether we have to decuct TDS from this amount?
