I have a querry regarding tds on salary paid to foreign pilot who work in india less than 180 days.Is TDS attracts?

if he work as crew member not more than 90 days then his income will exempt u/s section 10 clause (6) (viii).
income will taxable and if his salary more than exemption limit then you have tot deduct the tax as resident case. and if not have INdian PAN then deduct the tax @ 20%
