Tds on fixed deposits

sir if one persons TDS is deducted from Fixed deposits in the year 2009-2010 then can we claim that refund now. if possible what is the procedure for the same? please tell me....

The best way to claim it is filing of ur Income Tax Return, and the refund amount(if any) will automatically get credited to ur Bank account (in case RTGS mode for refund selected) or through cheque.
