Tds on fee paid for having a stall in an exhibition

Dear Sir,
We are a firm and going to have a stall in an exhibition......will the TDS be attracted while we will make payment to the Organisors of the exhibition, if yes, at which rate?

As per me TDS to be deducted u/s 194C @ 1%/2%.
