TDS on EWC contract

Dear all
I have a doubt regarding the following case
a.EWC contract amount. = 1000
b.sales tax. (75℅ of a)*14.5℅. =108.75
b.service tax - (70℅ of a)*15℅ = 105
c. total. = 1213.75
On which amount TDS has to be deducted ?

TDS should b deducted on gross amount, i.e, exclusive of all other Tax(Service Tax or VAT).
