TDS ON ELECTRICITY U/S 194Q

The assessee is a private limited company having turnover of Rs.80 crores, and during the FY 2021-22 it paid Rs.5.35 crores to Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. Is it required to make TDS u/s 194Q @0.10% ? Please guide.
