Tds on donation

Whether tds liability arises on donation made to owner of funeral for repairing work of its electric equipment, etc. Although work is done by third party and owner of funeral is granted donation for this purpose and for payment to third party ?

No. TDS not required to be deducted on donations. For you its donation on which TDS not required to be deducted.
