please tell me abt the tds deducted from dividend and dividend distibution tax is connected with that?

TDS not applicable on dividend. Dividend distribution tax is applicable on the company, it is calculated on the dividend distributed, it is not a TDS.

if you are company and distribution of dividend then you have to disclosed the amount on tds deducted.
