please tell me abt the tds deducted from dividend and dividend distibution tax is connected with that?
i m in confusn please help me........?

03 January 2015 TDS not applicable on dividend. Dividend distribution tax is applicable on the company, it is calculated on the dividend distributed, it is not a TDS.

03 January 2015 if you are company and distribution of dividend then you have to disclosed the amount on tds deducted.
