Tds on directors remuneration.

29 January 2018 Dear Sir,

We are from Pvt Ltd Co.

We have 2 directors for the company and are Paying Director Remuneration as Rs.75,000 /- pm one director and Rs. 50,000/-pm Another.

Now, kindly let me how much TDS should be deduct on these accounts for how many months??? Is there any Exemption for TDS ??

Plz tell me

29 January 2018 Deduct TDS u/s 192 treating it as salary payment for 12 months. No exemption from TDS for such payment.

29 January 2018 If the payment made as employee of the company then TDS deducted under 192 B. If the same considered as sitting fee/any other then 194J will applicable.
