WE HAD SHOWN DIRECTOR REMUNERATION FOR YEAR ENDED 31.3.2014 FOR RS.360000 FOR TWO DIRE

You need to calculate TDS u/s 192 as per applicable slab after taking declaration of their other income.

you can calculate the Tax and deduct the TDS on director salary.
