The service provider provides us courier and cargo services.
He says not to dedcut the TDS on Courier and cargo and to cover such service u/s 194c(6).
Shall we not deduct the TDS on courier and cargo service treating it as service by transporter and consider it u/s 194c(6)

Sec.194C(6) specifying about the goods transporter. so courier & cargo service TDS will apply

194C(6) is applicable only to transporters who engaged in the transportation of goods
for courier agencies tds is applicable under section 194C
