02 February 2008 if you purchas corrugated box there is no tds provison but if you are manufacturers
and you will give some material on labour charges then tds provision is applicable if payments are made in excess of rs 20000
at one time and/or total payments are made in excess of rs 50000/-in the particular year then you will deduct tds on contract.this provision is applicble to individul and huf if their turnover is in excess of rs fourty lakhs u/s 44AB
