Hello all of you
I am doing internal audit of my client and during checking of purchase bill i have seen that their purchases bill amount is very high example bill one amount is 12 lakh and bill no two is 15 lakh . my question is why my client are not deducting tds on this amount of purchase . their have any liability of purchaser to deduct tds on this amount
