22 August 2013 Dear all ,

we have clearing & forwarding agent. He doing business with us and total business of Rs.68,000/ nw we receive anthor service bill Rs.9000/ nw our agent eligible for TDS u/s 94c.

sir, I am little confuse which amount TDS to be deduct.

total=77,000/ or
Rs.77000- 75000=2000/
or
only 9000/

please help me..

please send any notification or amendment or any link..

22 August 2013 you have to deduct the TDS on total bill amount
