Tds on contractor

Dear all ,
we have clearing & forwarding agent. He doing business with us and total business of Rs.68,000/ nw we receive anthor service bill Rs.9000/ nw our agent eligible for TDS u/s 94c.
sir, I am little confuse which amount TDS to be deduct.
total=77,000/ or
Rs.77000- 75000=2000/
or
only 9000/
please help me..
please send any notification or amendment or any link..

you have to deduct the TDS on total bill amount

If Earlier you failed on earlier transaction also please to deduct TDS on whole transactions
