Iam working in and FMCG company, our company is going to participate all india industrial exhibition for that we are opening a stall for sale of our products now my query is we had given a contract for layout of structure for selling ou our products my doubt is whether amount paid to that contractor attracts TDS or not , kindly note that we are not giving any material for construction of that layout, please guide me
