17 January 2024 Sir - If services are taken by Indian company from Google for Map Services & service providing company is from Singapore , also company has submitted TRC , Form 10F declaration , No PE , what will be the tds rate.

20 January 2024 TDS should be under 195 @ 10% or 20% (Based on TRC/Form10F) and GST on RCM basis (Please check their invoice for RCM in particular)
