TDS ON CLEARING & FORWARDING CHARGES BY A CHA

28 February 2025 Dear All,
I'm in receipt of a tax invoice specifying all the following service provided by a CHA namely Eastern Liner Shipping Pvt. Ltd. :
1. Administration Charges
2. Equipment Maintenance
3. Terminal handling Charges
4. Washing & Cleaning Charges
5. Mandatory User Charges
6. Off Dock Trans Charges
7. Survey Charges
8. MOBILE X-RAY CNTR SCAN CHARGE
9. Survey charges
10. Documentation Charges

Please suggest whether TDS is applicable or not! And if "Not", they please elaborate the reason.
