TDS on CCTV cameras

Sir one of our client had purchased and installed CCTV cameras as they are having different branches in all the branches they have installed and the vendor has issued bill separately for all the branches which totals to ₹ 10 laks..
So TDS should be made?

TDS applicable u/s 194C on Installation part not on supply of CCTV Cameras.
26 January 2017
Have your client entered in a contract with CCTV supplier to install CCTV system in his branches than tds applicable u/s 194C .
