hi... can anyone pls tell me whether tds applicable on all cargo charges or on cargo charges where ST has been charged? if so why? thank you

TDS to be deducted on Cargo charges u/s 194C. TDS to be deducted on amount excluding Service Tax.

Yes TDS to be deducted on Cargo charges whether ST is charged or not.
