Tds on car repair

If car repair bill is of Rs 35000 (single bill)and it contains Rs7000 material and Rs28000 Labour charges.whether for deduction of TDS deduction we will consider 35000 thousand or Rs 28000. I am Clear about that we will deduct TDS on Gross Amount Of Rs 35000.Please Clear whether we will consider Rs 28000 for deducion of tds on Gross amount of Rs 35000?

sir that i know to deduct tds on gross amunt but for provision of Rs 30000 for single bill we will consider Rs 28000 or rs 35000

You know it will be on gross, Mr. Praveen also saying it will be on rs. 35,000/-,I am also saying on gross. Then how can you consider 28,000/-?if you are deducting tds on 35,000/-
