Hello everyone,
one of my client has incurred business promotion expense of Rs.85000/- for a conference meeting in hotel. should he deduct TDS on its payment U/s 194c.

No TDS should not b deducted on that. Coz it is just a normal Business expense, and not a contract formed with the hotel.
