10 July 2015 The limits are 30,000 for single payment and 75,000 for yearly payment.

Limits under section 194C are as follow:-

1. If single payment exceeds Rs.30000/-
or
2. Total payment exceeds Rs.75000/- in a year then TDS is required to be deducted.
