dear sir, we are a 100% EOU. For appointing a distributor in south africa for our product, we wish to give ad in a news paper of south africa. While making the payment in USD to south african news paper company, do we have to deduct TDS ? if yes then at what rate ? If no, then under which Rule, Notification of I.Tax ?
