Sir,
If a Company make the payment outside INDIA for advertisement that is more than the basic limits i.e. Rs 30000/-
Is there any liability of TDS on the Company. IF yes then please furnish all the details that will be very helpful to me

then u/s 195 tds needs to be deducted
