Is TDS applicable on payment made to an accountant who is not a qualified professional like CA. If yes then under which section ?

04 February 2010 Section 194J professional services means services rendered by a person in the course of carrying on any of his professional qualification

so person not being a qualified not attract Sec.194J. You can take under 194C
