Tds not remitted by post office on scss

20 June 2018 In the Form 26AS, I notice that the post office has not remitted two quarterly interest payments though my SCSS pass book evidences deduction of the TDS. Post office has also not issued Form 16 also. How do I file my return?

TDS based on value. ,if the tds deductiable value is less as per the limit it wonot come .,
