Tds not deposited on professional fees by client

24 November 2013 One of my clients has deducted TDS on my fees but not deposited for last 6'months. How do I claim the same in my return and if cant claim in return what remedies do I have against the client. How do I complain against the client with tax department.

25 November 2013 yes you can complaint against the client with the relevant TDS officer.
