02 June 2016 Sir, I was filed ITR for f.y 2014-15 , Actually Tds was deducted 30,000/- . I was claimed 25,000/- . i have also got the refund of 25,000/- . Sir , my question is that can I claim Bal. 5,000/- in F.Y 2015-16.

02 June 2016 No, you can't claim it in FY 2015-16. You can file rectification u/s 154 for FY 2014-15 to claim bal 5000.
