Sir,
The assessee is a Individual Civil Contractor. He has filed his Return of Income for AY 2012-2013 on 31st March 2013. Due to oversight the claim of TDS of Rs. 3Lac not taken. Hence no Refund. What is the remedy to get Credit of TDS.
To Revise Return is also not possible as return is filed late.

Hi
If you have not claimed refund while filing the return, you can still file an application for claiming tax refund using Form 30.
