One of my client has already registered on Traces website and he has forgotten user id and password and he also do not have last PRN Acknowledgement receipt. what is the way to reset login ID and Password?

If there is any filings to be done for Q4 of FY 2018-19, then you may retrieve the same, by using that Q4 PRN number. For this you may find the tutorial at TDSCPC website on Forgot User ID. You may contact the TIN-FC where you have filed that return. But if no filing needed on this Q4, then you may contact TIN-NSDL at their contact number viz. 020 – 27218080 (From 7.00 AM to 11.00 PM For All Days). They will guide you. For this they will ask the related details about that Quarter.
