Tds liability

01 September 2016 Dear All,

A truck union running there business with 500+ trucks, but it is not owner of these trucks. Truck owner is giving us declaration that he/she have no trucks more than 10.

What is our liability regarding TDS !

01 September 2016 Dear sanjeev, in case of person not having more than 10 trucks no tds liablity is imposed. As unions take truck on hire and does not cover in TDS liablity. Hope your query is resolved
