dear sir plz answer
main ye puchna chahta hu ki private limited company main tds liabilities kin kin cheezo main aur kitni percent tds kata jata hai for exp. koi tractor ka freight dete hai to us par tds liabilities rahegi kya plz bataye

TDS is applicable if the respective transaction, crosses the respective limit, mentioned in the respective section and not according to assessee type. So as per the above example TDS is deducted u/s 194C (only if the limit crosses as mentioned in the section).
