Tds late payment

08 August 2011 dear sir,i want to know that if i am making late payment of tds then what will be the rate of interest. and will it be chargeable on daily basis or i will have to pay for whole month.
ex- date of payment 07/8/11
date of payment 10/8/11
then will i pay interest for two days or for whole month


Please somebody help me its urgent
