Sir, a pensioner have form 16 (Manual) AY 2013-14 given by his deductor (Treasury). he have been filed ITR return of AY 2013-14 dt 31-10-2013. Now he received a Notice dt 25-07-2014 u/s 143(1) to pay due tax due to reason TDS not match. His deductor advise him to write a letter to CPC u/s 154 to credit TDS by form 16 (Manual) and also send a copy of this letter to his dedector for future clarifiction. If it is possibe pl tell me peforma of this type of letter.
