26 February 2014 i seen on invoice it include both materi cost and service charges related to laber expences( making name board for company and fixed at company place)

on this case
1.TDS is applicable or not?
2.if applicable TDS charged on Total amount of invoice or only port amount equal to labour charges?

there is no agreement...
