Hi, i ask query about tds interest calculation as i short deduction about 194c contractor for the month of May'12 payment paid on June'12 6th i have noticed short deduction after June'12 payment will added on July '12 paid in short + current month TDS both. but now my query is how i calculated interest for the one month.

One month interest 1.50% per month or part of month
