15 August 2013 New Notification jo 1 june 2013 se apply hui hai, is sambandh me ki yadi 50 lakh se adhik ki koi property yadi purchase karte hai to buyer ko 1 % TDS katna hai,

Par yadi TDS katate hai to TAN No. & TDS Return ki responsibility bhi aa jaegi.

par meri adhuri jankari ke anushar sayad TAN no. se chhut di gai hai,

par mera Question ye hai jo TDS kata hai use GOvt. Of India ke paas Deposit kaise kare, or TDS Certificate Kaise Issu kare, Jisse ki Seller TDS Claim kar sake.
