    "Hi, 1. Recently, there has been a dispute regarding MVAT rate on environmental levy.. The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board has recently came up with a circular no. MPCB/RO(HQ)/B:1508 dated 14/03/2011 regarding ""not to supply plastic carry bags to the customers at free of cost"" can u pls help me out as to which VAT rate would be applicable on such products produced like plastic carry bags and other products with the said notification and when it became applicable from.. 2. Secondly, can i know what is the MVAT rate on the sale of Mobile phones and its accessories." Regards, Atul Agarwal
