We have engaged 3 days training program from M/s. Eagleton Golf Resort for 3 days held the program total 10 no of people has been participated, Now the Hotel Rs.260000/- has been charges
1.secondly we have not deducted the TDS, the hole amount of Rs.260000/- has been paid to them.

01. Request the party to give back the TDS amount and deposit the same.
02. Accept the disallowance of expenditure as per the new rules of budget and let go the TDS.

you can deduct the tds for that you have to attention the party regarding the tds provision , if they take exemption form tds or lower rate deduction certificate then you get and deduct the tds accordingly.
