29 July 2010 In form 16A i wrongly put date:25.06.09 instead of 26.06.10 on issue date,
all form 16A being signed and some of form issued to party,
so is there big mistake or any liability,
if possible give brief details

29 July 2010 this mistake can be justified no problem on this, you replace the certificate in case less number otherwise you can clarify the mistake if any query

29 July 2010 Its only a clerical error. If you have correctly mentioned other dates like date of deposit of TDS and date of filing quarterly TDS returns, it should not be a problem.

As suggested by Mr. Krishnan above, if the no. of certificates issued is small, you may replace those certificates.
