Hai i want to know whether we can pay TDS for various branches having separate TAN number as consolidated under one single point.

you have to furnish separate challans for different Tax Deducters, you can not consolidate different TAN nos only for payment of TDS, however you can surrender all the branch tds no. and can apply for a centralized TAN

You have to adopt centralised TDS scheme from the IT department. If different branches are having different TDS then for centralised you have to surrender the branch TIN Numbers and have to file all the details in your HO. If branches continue to deduct and pay in their own TIN number then all returns and formalities are to be done at branch level.
