Tds filing - not able to download form 16 a

Hi friends, I have filed TDS detailes for a company on 11-07-2013. But I am not able to download From 16 A from the website.
In https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.com/TIN/JSP/tds/linktoUnAuthorizedInput.jsp it is showing the status 'Accepted by TIN ' . Heard that the status should change to Accepted at CPC to download Form 16A . How many days will it normaly take to download Form 16 A after filing the details. Kindly clarify.
