Hi All,
Good day & Good Evening everybody.
May i request to inform 'For the f.y. 2015-16 esp. for the Individuals What is the Due Date (Deadline) for filing Individual tax & for Pvt. Ltd. & Public Ltd. Co's same f.y. what is the due date for filing tax return' ?? Any Extn.... ??
If it is a 'Transfer Pricing case' - My understanding "Any Organization receives foreign remittances comes under Transfer Pricing right" ?? Hence in that case 'What is the due date for filing Tax Return ? Same Pvt.Ltd. as Well as Public Ltd. Co's. Any Extn.....???
Please let me know ASAP.
