My original returns are not available with me i have only acknowledgement receipt of that but i have to do revised tds for that what is the procedure

You need to register you TAN. After that you can request for a consolidated fvu and after receiving the same you can revise your TDS return. For details see below link---

first you have to registed your tan from below link

after registration you can download FVU file and then revised it
