27 March 2015 One of my client who is a salaried employee in PSU got 96000/- as salary but TDs deducted @96000/-.I want 2know d reason.

27 March 2015 I think, they adjusted against previous TDS due amount.

I'm also tds consultant for Indian Overseas bank. Normally, in the beginning of the year, they don't deduct the tds. But later on they will adjust that by deducting the entire TDS amount from them salary.

27 March 2015 But in the previous years taxable income is 0.And He has shown IFS for AY 2014-15 2027802.and he has shown 320237 as relief u/s 89& filed his return.
But he got notice U/S 154 for payment of 367450/-.It dept. not considered sec.89.
But there is no income in PYs.
So I m confused about this case.

What is previous year? Your quiery related which assessment year and previous year.

You are posting is totally confusing. You are giving that, taxable income is 0, but same time mentioning 20 lakh salary income.
