Hi. I am finding a problem in generating fvu file from RPU 4.1 version. Usually it will get processed generating either an error file or fvu file. But this time, neither error file or fvu file is being generated. An text file showing all input data is alone visible. Can anyone help in this regards how to generate?

Take backup of all data, uninstall & re-install it using admin rights.

You may use a paid challan for TDS deducted parties and nil TDS parties. So use separate NIL challan for NIL TDS parties.
