02 August 2013 While filing a revised TDS return Form 26Q of the FY 2012-13, the software is showing an error message "T-FV-4062 Invalid Last Employee/Party PAN Ref. No."

Kindly provide the details to rectify the mistake and to upload the return in RPU software.
